Limak Cement has further expanded its portfolio of CSC-certified facilities in Türkiye, with four additional cement plants: Balıkesir, Ergani, Kurtalan and Şanlıurfa, achieving CSC Gold Certification.
The certifications were awarded following independent audits conducted by KGS Economic Enterprise, an authorised CSC Certification Body. The CSC Responsible Sourcing Certification System is implemented in Türkiye by the Turkish Ready Mixed Concrete Association (THBB), acting as CSC Regional System Operator.
With these latest achievements, Limak Cement now holds CSC Gold Certification for its Trakya, Kilis, Balıkesir, Ergani, Kurtalan and Şanlıurfa Cement Plants, as well as for its Güvercinlik Ready Mixed Concrete Plant. Its Anka Cement Plant was previously the first cement plant in Türkiye to achieve CSC Platinum Certification.
The most recent certification was awarded to Limak Doğu Anadolu Cement’s Şanlıurfa Plant on 29 July 2026. Together, these certifications reflect Limak Cement’s continued commitment to responsible sourcing, sustainable production and internationally recognised sustainability standards across its operations.
