The latest Toolbox update introduces a more efficient way to manage evidence across multiple projects.Previously, files had to be uploaded at the project level, which made it tricky to share organization-wide documents and often meant uploading the same evidence multiple times.
With the new update, evidence can now be uploaded at the organization level:
Shared files are stored in the organization folder and are automatically accessible to all projects within the same organization.
Project-specific files remain in their individual project folders.
This new structure makes it easier to find, share, and manage evidence – no more duplicate uploads or hunting for files across projects.
