Since February 2024, three companies of the Leube Group have undergone the certification process of the Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC): Leube Zement GmbH, Moosleitner Transportbeton GmbH – Leube Werk Mayrwies, and Hafner Beton GmbH & Co KG. At the beginning of June, the company received information about the successful completion and issuance of the CSC certificates for the respective locations. This makes Leube one of the first companies in Austria to receive this certificate.
The globally recognised CSC certificate honours companies for their holistic sustainable practices. The certification system is correspondingly broad and evaluates in the categories of management, environment, social, economy, product and supply chain.
For Leube, this internationally significant certification is not only another visible sign of the responsibility lived for decades. It is also expected that CSC certificate will increasingly become
an important criterion in future contract awards. Thus, for Leube, it serves as proof of being able to demonstrably meet requirements.
