Updated version of Annex now available online

An updated version of the Annex V2.1 is now available here.

Main Changes in the updated Annex V2.1 are:

BENOR is back in M3.02 for Belgium
SLG Umweltrechner is accepted in E1.02 in Germany
Updated links in Prerequisites
Information on Pilot Phase P2 added in the P2 annex
Annex on C7.01 added
