The Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC) held its annual General Assembly Meeting (GAM) on September 26th, followed by a Certification Body (CB) roundtable and a Regional System Operator (RSO) roundtable on September 27th.
During the GAM, members reflected on the CSC’s recent achievements and future goals. A key highlight was the celebration of a significant milestone – the achievement of 1,000 active certificates worldwide, including more than 200 certificates in the Netherlands and over 100 in Belgium. This success underscores the growing commitment to sustainable practices including the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals within the concrete sector and construction industries.The CSC also had the pleasure of welcoming Decarb Connect as a partner. Decarb Connect presented their innovative platform designed to help industries decarbonize, paving the way for greater collaboration with CSC in its mission to promote sustainability across the concrete value chain.
