This recognition underscores Thomas Beton’s unwavering commitment to excellence and sustainability in concrete production.
The CSC concrete production certificate certifies that concrete manufacturers meet the certification principles in the areas of management, the environment, social interaction and economics. These start with the extraction of raw materials, the manufacturing process, the working conditions, health and safety, the use of recyclable raw materials, transport, right up to the careful handling of the environment. The production of climate-friendly concrete with a reduced CO2 footprint and/or the use of RC gravel are becoming more and more in demand. That’s why Thomas Beton had 9 plants certified with the CO2 module and 5 plants certified with the R module in the re-audit. Thomas Beton underlines its commitment to sustainability with the certifications. With the certification, Thomas Beton comes closer to its vision and the goal of being perceived as the best in the ready-mix concrete industry
